Am very confused at the moment. Must pay R6500 (balance)to get ATM card released from American Savings Bank, delivered to me via DHL… and used here at any bank. Sassa Pensioner and Capitec Banker. Want to borrow the R6500 and payback when ATM card is activated….about 3 to 5 days total. How on earth do I apply for such a loan ??? Loan repayment being 3x loan amount R19 500.

I know this is quite a late response, but I hope you haven’t done anything as it sounds like a scam. Open up a PayPal account and ask them to pay the money via that route or ask them to pay you directly into your bank account via SWIFT transfer. That is the easiest way to receive USD payments.
