Hi Kurt. I tried many times to register e filling but it keeps on saying technically issue prevented us to validate your details. What am I suppose to do? I even called sars agent but they couldn’t help. – Winnie

Hi Kurt. I Also tried to register for efilling and it keeps on saying a “a technical issue has prevented us to validate your details. I phoned Sars and They phoned me back but the lady said she cant help I have to await a call from a technician from their side and no one has phoned me yet. So I went to a Sars branch stood in the que for an Hour and a half and they said that they cant help me it should be sorted over the phone?-Chanell

This seems like something only SARS can sort out.
I would suggest that you keep following up with them via phone until they help you.
