They provide south africans with yearly access to their free credit reports in pdf format (download Adobe PDF reader free).
Quick and Easy
MyTransUnion will present you with a series of multiple choice questions in the sign up process that is applicable to you and your accounts. These multiple choice questions are fairly quick and easy because of this. Just make sure to be entirely honest because if you are not, you won't be able to access your credit report.
No Negative Impact
Checking your credit report via MytransUnion will in no way effect your report in a negative way. It does not get added to your credit report like other views from an estate agent or an employer checking your credit record.
Checking your free credit report can only have a positive effect for you and is extremely beneficial as you will see below:

Unfortunately it seems this service is not free. You are required to pay a once off fee before they can send you are credit check report.
