My account is blocked because someone i don’t even transferred money in my account since on the 3 December 2023 they said i should do an affidavit i did it and took it to capitec they said they won’t be able to help me with that i don’t know what to do anymore and i used that card for my son’s grant
My card is also stopped because of they call it scammers,it’s my money my problem why they go and stop it IV children I need to feed my salary gets paid into my account please help me it’s been 3 days
I don’t know why is my account being blocked because most when I receive money is from someone I know the thing is why if is my card being ivistigated for fraud why is still receiving money
Why is it that people’s bank accounts get block’s with NO REASON AT ALL, my son’s as well and 3 other family members and then you have to do an affidavit to get it unblocked and all money that was in the account, is gone and Capitec’s only answer is, we are investigating. When you phone the fraud line, the people there are so unfriendly and not helpful at all. We need ANSWERS!!!!!!. Will contact news papers etc., regarding this. This is unacceptable. I see on your facebook page a lot of people complaining about it. And where is the money that was in the account? Is there a syndicate in Capitec or what????
