Found this old post of yours, but wondering if you still use this method to withdraw money from your PayPal account and does it still work? Have you used this method recently?
There is a round about way you can withdraw your money by first buying bitcoin with PayPal then sending your bitcoin to your Luno account and withdrawing it to your bank account in Rands.
However, obviously there are risks involved as Bitcoin is extremely volatile so you should do this at your own risk.
